Warranty
Motus offers a warranty on this product for up to 1 year after delivery. If you have a problem with the product within the warranty period, we will be happy to help you find a suitable solution. The invoice you received by email after purchase serves as proof of warranty. During the warranty period you are entitled to free replacement or repair, provided the product has been used according to instructions. The instructions regarding use and storage of the product can be found in our manuals.
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty.
Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge. The following points are not covered by the warranty:
- Aging and wear, such as signs of wear, discoloration or a reduction in battery capacity.
- Damage to the product due to a fall, making it no longer usable.
- If an attempt has been made to repair the product yourself.
- Incorrect handling, such as tightening the adapter on the device in the wrong way, causing the thread to break.
